We start with a relaxed consultation — no forms, no pressure. We listen to what matters most to you: the venue, the feeling, the music, the moments you'll remember forever. This is where we align on everything that matters.
Based on that first conversation, we create a personalised proposal. Every artist, every set, every transition — designed around you. You can adjust and fine-tune until the proposal feels exactly right from the very beginning.
Once the proposal is approved, we move into artistic direction and pre-production. Every element is carefully prepared with intention — rehearsals designed with intention, allowing us to bring a natural flow at the event.
We go through rehearsals, timings, transitions and wardrobe choices so that on the day, everything flows naturally — without improvisation, without concern. The music will feel effortless, because it has been prepared with care.
We take care of every technical setup including lighting, sound and live performance coordination. Our team is present from the first setup to the last song, allowing your wedding to unfold naturally without improvisation.

I hired Life Live Event for my wedding in Cascais in July 2025. I booked the entire package: 3 piece strings, saxophonist, full band and singer, and DJ until 4AM. Not only did they work with me on my specifics, but they exceeded my expectations. Having them at my wedding was one of the highlights of the day.
